Who we are

Cavaliero Finn was founded by Juliana Cavaliero and Debra Finn. They met at Warwick University in 1988 where they studied art together. Since leaving university both gained extensive and relevant experience that formed the foundation of their business. 

In 2004, Cavaliero Finn won a place on an entrepreneurial course organised by the London Development agency and Lewisham Council.  As a result of attending this course, held at Goldsmiths University, they were awarded a new business start up grant.

Juliana Cavaliero

Prior to establishing the company with Debra, I spent more than ten years working in the art world. My experience includes two years in the art consultancy division of Arthur Andersen and, more recently, four years with the Anthony d'Offay Gallery, one of Europe's leading commercial contemporary art galleries.

Debra Finn (nee Burtt)

Before Cavaliero Finn, I spent ten years in the heady world of PR and marketing, ending up on the Board of the UK 's 12 th largest PR agency, Consolidated Communications. During this time, I designed creative campaigns to help well-known consumer brands like, Virgin Mobile, Virgin Wines, The One account, The Sun and Ask Jeeves sell their products and services.
