UK Delivery Standard Charge
All UK deliveries are charged at £5.95 - this is a Royal Mail or UPS tracked 2-5 day service
Many of our items are made to order and have a longer delivery time. In these cases this is specified within the product information. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
Please note that some heavier items have a higher delivery charge. This information is also stated on the product information page.
On occasions orders may incurr additional delivery charges due to weight and size. On these occasions we will contact the customer directly regarding this.
European Standard Delivery Charge
All European deliveries are charged at £15.00 - this is a tracked UPS 2-7 day service

Please note that Cavaliero Finn are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.
We try as much as possible to send items within our Standard Delivery Charge. However, some products are fragile, heavy or oversized and therefore require specialist carriers or simply require extra insurance. Please note that the extra charge will insure that the product will reach you in perfect condition. In these cases the additional postage will be added automatically at the checkout page.

We accept payment through PayPal but if you do not have a PayPal account you can simply use your credit or debit card. Just click on the link at the point of purchase which gives you the option to use your cards.
Payments by Cheque: Please make Cheques Payable to Cavaliero Finn LLP send to the following address: The Old Mill, Bere Mills, Sea, Ilminster, SOMERSET TA190SE - please allow 10 working days for your cheque to arrive and clear.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email debra@cavalierofinn.com immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please email us at debra@cavalierofinn.com let let us know and post the item back within 7 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Wecannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
